Wall and Roof Construction
Walls have 2 x 4 spruce or pine studs, 16" on center. Double plate on top wall and single plate on lower wall. Osb clips with rafter ties for extra support.

The are built on site so that you have a choice on the type and style of building that fits your needs. In addition our buildings are built to code and we follow HOA guidelines. Walls are 2 x 4 studs 16" on center
40 Yr Roofing
Foundation for sheds are blocks, 4 x 4 runners, with the option for anchor systems.
Concrete is available and is calculated separately.
OPTIONS
We have demos on our lot so that you can see the different styles, sizes, material, and over all construction of the storage buildings. Better yet, our buildings are not prefabricated and all of our buildings are built on site and can be customized to fit the customers needs.
