Welcome to Hinson and Son's Builders, a family-owned business in Florence S.C. with over 25 years' experience. We specialize in storage sheds, garages, carports, and custom buildings. We take pride in getting to know and listening to our customers so that we can build an amazing building that fits their needs.
Floor Construction
We use treated runners, treated 2 x 6
16" on center floor system with 40 yr subflooring on top.
Wall and Roof Construction
Walls have 2 x 4 spruce or pine studs, 16" on center. Double plate on top wall and single plate on lower wall. Osb clips with rafter ties for extra support.

QUALITY AT A GREAT PRICE
We offer sturdy and durable smart siding, vinyl , hardy board, t-1-11, and metal on all our Storage Buildings. The are built on site so that you have a choice on the type and style of building that fits your needs. In addition our buildings are built to code and we follow HOA guidelines. But equally important, we guarantee the best price in the south east!
CONSTRUCTION
On the floor we use 3/4 tongue and groove osb (30 yr warranty),and 2 x 6 treated floor system (16" on center) Life time warranty.
Walls are 2 x 4 studs 16" on center
40 Yr Roofing
Foundation for sheds are blocks, 4 x 4 runners, with the option for anchor systems.
Concrete is available and is calculated separately.
OPTIONS
We have demos on our lot so that you can see the different styles, sizes, material, and over all construction of the storage buildings. Better yet, our buildings are not prefabricated and all of our buildings are built on site and can be customized to fit the customers needs.
BUYING MADE EASY
We gladly accept cash, cashier check, personal check, or credit/debit card for payment. We offer lease to own (no credit check), 6 months (same as cash), and financing (credit check) Immediate approval.
